2nd Race back with Virtus, and James was competitive all day against good competition including Oliver Bearman
Qualifying – a bit further off then the last 2 races 7th
Race 1 – Best heat result of the year after Oscar Teuten got a penalty – 3rd
Race 2 – A close race, ended up 5th
Race 3 – Closest to a grand final win, only 3 secs off after 13 laps on lots of hard racing, in the end 5th.
Overall a good points haul, and moved up to 2nd in the Championship.
Lots of things to improve for the next race, some more testing, get the kart back on the weight limit, seat padding, fix James’ helmet etc.
